Orders are processed during regular business hours, Monday through Saturday. BAVA STORE does not ship on Sundays or on major Indian holidays. Please be aware, orders may face delays during special releases, major holidays, or unexpected circumstances beyond our control.

You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service for verification.

Shipping Methods and Costs:

For our esteemed customers within India, BAVA STORE is pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping. Delivery typically occurs within 3-5 business days for national deliveries, depending on your location.

International Shipping: We provide international shipping, with costs varying based on the destination and size of the package. Please reach out to our customer service at order support@thebavastore.com for specific inquiries about international delivery capabilities.

Please be informed that all international orders are shipped via reliable couriers like DHL Express, UPS, or similar. Note that shipping times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the order date. They do not include the 24-48 hour processing window.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

Customers are responsible for all international customs and tax obligations. These are not included in our shipping process but may be levied as per the laws and regulations of your destination country.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. This allows you to monitor your delivery’s progress.

Lost Packages:

BAVA STORE is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once proof of delivery is confirmed by the courier. We suggest contacting the courier directly to resolve delivery issues. However, we will do our best to assist you from our end.
